Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level Business Analyst with expertise in Odoo ERP and a solid understanding of the Nepalese market. As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and systems using Odoo ERP to meet our clients' needs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and the unique requirements of the Nepalese market.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Odoo ERP.
• Gather and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and configure Odoo ERP modules to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement customizations and integrations.
• Conduct user training and support end-users in the adoption of Odoo ERP.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Odoo ERP solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo ERP features, best practices, and market trends.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with expertise in Odoo ERP.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of the Nepalese market and its business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with other ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Odoo ERP.
