Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support operations.
You will ensure client issues are resolved quickly and help build a support system that scales
with us.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day customer support operations
● Build and manage a support team
● Define SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
● Create helpdesk workflows and a client knowledge base
● Escalate critical issues to the technical team and follow through
Required Skills:
● Excellent client communication and problem-solving ability
● Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
● Leadership skills and team management experience
● Organized, empathetic, and goal-oriented
