Job Description for Jr. ERP Support Officer
- Knowledge of ERP and its Functionalities.
- Help customers with their use of Business Apps.
- Manage & delivery support/training programs and ensure that training requirements are met.
- Amend and revise support & training programs as necessary, in order to adapt to internal changes in the work environment.
- Help and coordinate team members & managers solve specific training & support problems.
- Identify and implement training best practices using lessons learned, industry standards and client feedback.
- Lead and manage internal training and support business end-to-end to meet customer expectations.
- Solve functional problems by investigating.
- Have knowledge on SLA and Escalation Matrix.
- Is able to produce support plans for all levels of the support management.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction and customers' experience.
- Contribute to the improvement of our product & all documentation
- Side projects (recruit and onboard new colleagues, give training, ...)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the software Industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any IT related discipline.
- Good knowledge of business processes.
- Customer oriented.
- Autonomous and fast learner.
- Solution minded.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
