Responsibilities

  • Build training & implementation programs, and delegate work to other members of the internal training and support team

  • Manage & delivery support/training programs and ensure that training requirements are met
  • Amend and revise support & training program as necessary, in order to adapt to internal changes work environment
  • Help and coordinate team members & managers solve specific training & support problems
  • Monitor and report weekly, monthly support and training scenario/log to senior managers and stakeholders

  • Direct all internal training and quality assurance activities.

  • Identify and implement training best practices using lessons learned, industry standards and client feedback

  • Lead and manage internal training and support business end-to-end to meet customer expectations.

  • Plan, lead, organize and control multiple internal clients support and training scenario.

  • Provide day-to-day direction to internal training & support teams and best practices to the customers on deploying within their environment.

Must Have

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentation skills

  • Strong team working/ team leader skill

  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
  • Ability to lead a full customer support & training cycle

  • Good time-management skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
